Terms and Conditions

  1. Reisa operates a booking system for campsites and accepts online bookings on their behalf. The seller of the service is always the campsite itself and it is responsible for providing the service that has been paid for
  2. Campsites set their own terms and conditions for the services they provide and the payments they accept, for example on how the service is provided, opening, check-in and check-out times, refund policy and general rules within their campsite
  3. The customer guarantees that the information they provide is correct, such as name, email address and phone number
  4. Reisa.is is not responsible for any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect or outdated information on the pages of campsites
  5. Reisa.is is not responsible for damages that may occur due to failures or errors in its software
  6. Reisa.is reserves the right to block the access of users who abuse the booking system in any way and to report cases of abuse to the police
  7. In the event of a dispute arising from a sold service, the customer and the seller (campsite) shall try to resolve it in the simplest way possible. If that doesn't work, the case can be submitted to the Complaints board for goods and services which is hosted by the Consumer Agency (Neytendastofa).
