reisa.is is a powerful and flexible booking system that can be adjusted to your needs
reisa.is is a booking system that is built with different needs of campsites in mind. The system is suitable for both small sites with limited staff presence, but also large sites that have regular staff presence.
With an online booking system, guests can arrive and book their stay at any time of the day. This can make site operations easier and allow staff to make better use of their time.
You can offer designated camping zones, sites without zones, or both. Other options such as sleeping bag areas and huts can also be offered. Guests can view the options on a map.
Pricing can be configured in many ways; by number of units, guests in different age brackets, and with discount rules. Long-term offers, packages and promo codes can also be offered.
We offer a PoS (point of sale) system for those who want to sell their services locally. The system connects to the booking system and both receipts and tent labels can be printed.
The number of guests can be limited within each zone and overall. The opening periods can also be configured and closed days can be added ahead of time.
In addition to our booking system, we also offer systems for access control and electric control. Third parties can also integrate into our system if requested.
The number of nights stayed, number of arrivals and other statistics can be viewed in the system. The system integrates with Hagstofa Íslands to simplify monthly submissions.
We provide a personalized service and are always available to help. We can help as much as needed with the setup, changing of settings and other operations.
Sell accommodation and other services locally with our point of sale system. The system is specifically designed with campsites in mind. The system can be connected to a card terminal along with a cash drawer, receipt printer, and label printer. All transactions are sent directly to the backend of the booking system like online bookings.
We offer a system for controlling access through vehicle barriers or into service buildings. Barriers can be controlled by number plate readers, PIN and card readers, and also a web interface that can be used on phones. During booking, guests provide their number plate and their confirmation email contains a PIN code. The access is only valid for the time that was paid for.
Electric outlets can be controlled in parallel with the booking system. This can help ensure that electricity is always paid for. The system provides a good overview of power usage and it is possible to configure current limits, for example during peak hours. Guests scan a QR code on the outlet and pay online, or type in their booking code if they already paid.
Are you interested in our system, or do you have questions? Send us an email and we will answer all of your questions. We would also be happy to schedule a meeting over phone or online if you would like a presentation of our system.
